You’ll receive your selected meal kits on a weekly basis. You can skip a week or pause your plan anytime you like. And we won’t charge you for it.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan and/or change your delivery address at any time.

There isn’t a minimum order amount for weekly meal kits.
You can also skip or cancel any orders before the weekly cut-off date and time which is every Saturday, 6pm. This is 7 days prior to your delivery day.

A meal kit selection reminder email will be sent 3 days before the order date.
If you don’t select your meals, there will be default selections.
Absolutely! You can pick any meal kits from our list of options each week. Our menus will be released up to 4 weeks in advance so you can start choosing as early as that.

If you are an existing customer and would like to change your orders, please do so by Saturday, 6pm. This is 7 days prior to your delivery day. This will allow us to make the changes accordingly and ensure the freshness of the ingredients.
