Where do you source your ingredients from?

We source our ingredients from a variety of trusted local suppliers. We have a strict supplier onboarding process to ensure you receive good quality meat, vegetables and other ingredients each week. Our meal kits include housemade soup broths, sauces and marinades for your enjoyment!

Do take note that our ingredients come from the same facilities that process major food allergens: eggs, milk, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soy.

We also list the ingredients for each recipe on our website and recipe cards. If you have any serious food allergy or intolerance, please refrain from ordering them.

How long will the ingredients remain fresh after delivery?

Although we’ve packed each meal kit carefully with insulated liners and ice packs, you should put them in your fridge or freezer as soon as they arrive at your doorstep to maintain their freshness. It is important that your fridge and freezer is not overcluttered and is at the right temperature (1-4OC for chiller and -18OC for freezer).

If you don’t plan on cooking the proteins within 3 to 4 days, please put them in the freezer.

Each kit will contain a label indicating the “consume by” date.

How do you ensure the freshness of the ingredients?

We work with a variety of trusted local suppliers who deliver to us on a daily basis. We have a strict supplier onboarding process. All our meal kits are packed and delivered within the shortest possible timeframe. This ensures that you’ll have the freshest produce delivered straight to your doorstep.

How should the ingredients be handled?

It is important to have good food safety practices. Always wash your hands before handling food. Always wash your hands after handling raw food or eggs. Wear a glove when handling ready-to-eat food.

Keep food, whether uncooked of cooked, outside the temperature danger zone. (5-60OC ) where bacteria can multiply quickly.

Do you use MSG or preservatives?

Our stocks, sauces, fresh pastas and breads are made without MSG or preservatives.

When are the meal kits prepared?

We do the mise en place, pack all ingredients to maximise shelf life and deliver the meal kits to you within the shortest timeframe. All meal kits will have a “consume by” date and we recommend cooking them before the indicated date.
